Pieter Elbers

Pieter Elbers (1970) is President and Chief Executive Officer of KLM. Pieter started his career at KLM in 1992. For several years he was general manager based in Tokio and Athens, followed by SVP Network & Alliances and Chief Operation Officer. Pieter holds a master’s degree in Business Economics. Furthermore he completed business programs at IMD (Lausanne), Columbia (New York) and Tsinghua (Beijing). Pieter is married and has three children.
