Bouke Rypma

I joined KLM as a pilot in 1985 and I’ve always been involved in both the company’s development and my own profession. Born and bred in the Province of Brabant, I’m a highly sociable, people’s person with a keen awareness of the added value of genuine teamwork. In my capacity as a B777/787 Captain and operational manager of the B777 and B787 pilots, I’m closely involved in the introduction of the B787, which I write about regularly.
