As a social media manager, I have worked on many innovative social media projects. This is the best job ever, in my view! I work with a fantastic team and we aim every day to make travelling easier and more personal for our passengers. One day we might work on expanding our WhatsApp services, the next on improving our servicing bot “BB” on Messenger and Google Home, with many more platforms to come… We have to move fast though. The surprises of today are the expectations of tomorrow!
